We’re a small team of women with different skills, experiences, and passions — but a few things in common. We take great pride in the relationships we’ve built and continue to nurture with our stockists. We are passionate about the labels we represent and the incredible makers behind them. Together, we work to champion slow fashion, sustainability, and conscious living.
ANNABELLE
Warehouse assistant
Belle ensures every order is packed with care and delivered accurately and on time to our clients. She’s always learning and growing with the business, continuously improving her skills to support our team.
FLAVIA
Warehouse Manager & Buyer
Flavia manages our stock and logistics from end to end, ensuring smooth operations and a well-curated selection of products. Her strong organisational skills keep everything running efficiently and on track.
GIORGIA
Marketing Guru
Giorgia is the mastermind behind our social media and all communications. She brings a calm, positive energy to the team, never allowing any hiccups to impact her work.
GIULIANA
Founder & Managing Director
Giuli leads the vision and strategy of Importante, overseeing the business and the team with creativity and purpose. She guides us toward our goals while staying deeply involved in every aspect of the company’s growth.
LYNDA
Accounts Manager
Lynda is our accounts person and the heart of the team. With a caring nature, she looks after both our numbers and our team like a true mum, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone feels supported.
NANDA
Business Development
Nanda is the driving force behind our project management, ensuring everything happens as planned. She stays focused and is always looking for better, more efficient ways to get things done.
RANI
Customer Service & Retail Assistant
Rani is our customer service queen and the heart of La Casa, our retail shop. With a wise attitude toward life, she brings thoughtful perspective to everything she does, creating a positive experience for both our customers and the team.
PIPPO
Mascot
Pippo is our 16-year-old Yorkshire Terrier mascot, always around to bring light and fun to the office with his playful spirit and endless charm.
