📢 Temporary Surcharge on Backorders Due to AUD Drop
Due to the recent sharp decline of the Australian dollar, a temporary 15% surcharge will apply to backordered items from today.
- Stock on hand will remain at current prices until 20 April
- From 21 April, the 15% surcharge will apply to all orders, including in-stock items
- Orders already placed and in progress will not be affected
This surcharge is temporary and will be removed as soon as the exchange rate stabilises. The surcharge will be applied at the order level rather than through a full price list update.
